The Story Behind the Stories

I wanted to write a quick story.

One that goes beyond getting more clients or scaling up ads.

Because honestly… who are we, really?

And what are we building here?

The truth is—I’m not entirely sure.

Trendify started with one client.

Someone who took a chance on us to help them with content.

Since then, we’ve worked with incredible partners and gone through our fair share of ups and downs. (Some of you reading this were part of that journey.)

But if there’s one thing we’ve learned through it all, it’s this:

Stories matter.

We’re not here to become the biggest agency in the world.

Maybe that happens. Maybe it doesn’t.

What we are here to do is tell stories that matter.

Stories about our clients’ products.
Stories about our creators.
Stories about the weird, fun, human stuff that happens along the way.

And today, I want to start with a personal one—about my younger brother, Sai Karra.

Sai followed in my footsteps for a long time.

He did what I did, hung out with my friends, copied everything I did (sorry for exposing you, Sai).

But he also taught me more than I ever expected.

We became co-founders unintentionally.

It just happened. We didn’t even talk about when it did.

But through it, he’s become one of the biggest reasons this business exists at all.

Sai knows more about ads than I do.

He fills in the gaps where I fall short.

And he’s been my ride-along as we made content together for years on TikTok.

Oh, he also brought in a wonderful client who went on to recommend us to several others.

And as I write this, we’re lucky to be working with a handful of incredible businesses, helping them grow through ads.

And fun fact about Sai: he’s only 20 years old.

I’m publishing this without his permission, but it felt right to start here: With the person who’s impacted me the most.

The one who’s been by my side through every high and low.

So this is his story.
