You know what nobody talks about?
The people who make everything actually work.
At Trendify, that's Paula and Blanche.
Paula handles accounting.
Payments, taxes, invoices.
When it's done right, nobody has to think about it. That's the point.
Blanche helps with systems.
She has helped structure many of our internal processes and continues to help across the board wherever.
Every successful company has people like Paula and Blanche.
They don’t get the spotlight and they don’t go viral. They just make sure everything works.
And honestly, they’re the reason we can do anything at all.
Because if you really think about it, how could we run dozens of systems, manage hundreds of videos, and still stay focused on performance - unless the finance and operations side runs smoothly?
Things you don’t see that they do (and how it impacts you)👇
Make sure invoices are sent and followed up on → keeps cash flow smooth so we can focus fully on creative and performance
Track creator and team pay allocations → ensures every creator feels valued and stays motivated to deliver their best
Set up all Slacks + Notions + Asanas → gives your project a seamless workflow and faster turnaround times
Handle any technical issues instantly → minimizes downtime so campaigns never slow down
Help with vetting new creators → constantly upgrades the quality and range of your creative team
Maintain finance reports, deliverable sheets, and systems updates → keeps performance transparent and scalable
Coordinate with Account Managers + Strategists → bridges creative execution and business clarity
Audit tools and workflows → makes sure we stay lean, efficient, and pass that speed back to you
All invisible, but very essential.
And all done with a level of consistency that makes Trendify actually run.
Now, let’s take a look at 3 things we’ve been doing/learning 👇
1. Incentivize everything worth repeating
Something we’re trying to do more of is incentivize as much as we can as we grow!
Creator of the Month awards. Client metric bonuses. System improvements. Even Discord game nights (which have been so fun and we’re rolling out more of).
→ For clients: this creates a culture where everyone is motivated by performance. Your brand’s success isn’t a task. It’s a team win we all chase together.
2. Building dedicated pods
We’ve realized we can go much deeper when each brand has its own Creator + Strategist + Account Manager pod. That means more attention, faster iteration, and tighter alignment between data and storytelling.
→ For clients: you’re not one of many, you get your own creative ecosystem that learns your audience, voice, and goals like it’s in-house.
3. Making creativity sustainable
Behind every experiment is structure. We manage tracking, pay systems, feedback loops, and ongoing creator development. One of the biggest learnings here is setup as much structure as possible and then get creative inside of it.
→ For clients: that’s how we deliver hundreds of videos a month without chaos (by using and improving our asana, notion, motion processes). You get speed and scale all at once.
Hope that was helpful and hope you have a great Halloween!
Cheers.
