It’s been a while since we’ve written a newsletter.

We’ve been so busy building systems, structure, and taking on some new clients (and honestly… got a little lazy to write apparently).

Things have been shaping up really well at Trendify.

Checkout Sai’s banger video he made here.

It’s been great growing our creator team — we now have over 25 amazing creators and a very, very amazing manager/creative team in place.

With that being said, today I want to take some time to highlight our two wonderful Account Mangers/Strategists — Erica and Chelsea.

They have been absolutely wonderful in every single department of the business.
I kid you not — they’ve been helping across the board.

Erica

Erica has been with us since basically since we first started building Trendify into something bigger.

She’s single-handedly helped us build so many of the systems we rely on today.

She’s taken care of clients, run meetings, helped with creators, written scripts — she’s done everything from A to Z.

And what makes her even more amazing is that she’s always down to help wherever, whenever, and with literally anything.

Half the time, it’s not even her role… but she jumps in anyway, figures it out, and makes it better.

For that, I’m genuinely forever grateful — though sometimes I wonder what I’m even supposed to do at this point (probably just get us clients 😅).

All jokes aside, Erica’s been of a lot of help to get us to where we are today.

Chelsea

Then there’s Chelsea: one of our best creators turned creative strategist.

She came on board and instantly started writing some incredible briefs, bringing her natural content intuition into every project.

She’s kind, grounded, and consistently brings positivity into the team.

Even at the end of her days, she’ll still end up doing more than needed, just because.

Without these two, we simply couldn’t have gotten to where we are today.

They’ve both been so helpful, consistent, and just… all-around amazing.

They’re actually at a creative summit right now, attending sessions and learning completely out of their own choice, because that’s just who they are.

I just wanted to take a moment to highlight that.

Because most people only see what the creators are producing or what the founders are doing.

But there’s a whole layer in between that makes all of this happen.

So this is a small shoutout to Erica and Chelsea, to let them know how much they’re appreciated.

A Quick Note on What’s Working

One thing we’ve been reminded of lately is just how much creator training and structure matter.

You can have the best ideas in the world — but if your creators don’t have clear direction, context, and feedback loops, even great concepts fall flat.

The brands that win long-term are the ones that treat content like a living system, not a collection of one-off videos.

They learn, test, and iterate with their creators every single week — some testing over 100+ videos a month.

On that note, we’ve been experimenting with tools like Motion (not sponsored, I promise), which help visualize performance data and creative trends in a way that’s actually fun.

It’s crazy how much faster intuition builds for your team when you can see what’s working instead of guessing.

Our biggest lesson this quarter has been simple:

Creative isn’t about making more videos. It’s about building smarter feedback loops between data, strategy, and creators. But to do that well, you need great systems.

We just wrapped up some internal sprints around content structure (in asana and notion)— building systems to manage and deliver creative at scale.

Because at the end of the day, structure is what creates freedom. (Sai’s probably going to hate me for turning this into a personal plug… but here we are 😅)

Anyways, now that our systems are dialed in, our focus has shifted to learning.

Making sure every single piece of content teaches us something new — so our partners, creators, and team all grow together.

TLDR: build systems to keep things sustainable, and as you do so, uncover patterns.

Hope this was helpful to know!

As always, thanks for reading :)
